How to get Free Cardboard Boxes

Lots of shops use cardboard boxes that would be really handy for packing and they're usually very happy to give them away. The trick, though, is getting hold of the boxes before they get crushed.

You're best bet is to phone or visit a shop and ask them whether they have any boxes. If they don't have any available, ask if you can come back at a certain time to get some. Usually, if you are there when they have just received a delivery, they won't mind helping you out.
